I’ve bought and sold six homes in my life, and Cassie was by far the best Realtor I’ve used. She communicated every important detail to me while getting the house ready to list, listing it and doing its showings. After I moved out to start my new life on the East coast, she frequently checked on the security of the house, facilitated junk removal for me (and did some junk removal herself too!), and provided access to the home for repairmen and professional house cleaners until it closed. She even set up most of these needed home services for me so I could focus on starting my new job. Beyond her enthusiasm for my Victorian home that led to a beautifully written listing description, Cassie gave solid advice when it came time to review offers to ensure I wasn’t taking any unnecessary risks. Selling a home can be an emotional event, and doing it while going through a divorce, moving across the country, starting a new job, and dealing with a pandemic is not something I would normally recommend, but having Cassie as my Realtor made the entire home-selling process so easy. I don’t know how it could have gone any better. I highly recommend Cassie and her team for any of your real estate needs.

Danielle is the best! She is so patient! She searches very hard for what you are specifically looking for such as property, price range and house style and much more. She helped us sell our house and did such a great job! She listened to what buyers were interested in and if there was anything we could change to have more buyers! She was so patient with our house hunting and was so flexible with our schedule! I would recommend her to everyone! She is the best and cares about you and what you want!
