Cassie Day's Profile
I am a West Plains native and have lived in this area for nearly my whole life. I love living in the Pacific Northwest and so appreciate that we get all four seasons here. Our region is so unique; living in Cheney, we get forest, farmland and city all in a 5-mile radius and I love that we get all of these elements in our whole county. It is truly an incredible place to have grown up and to get to raise my children.
I have an extensive background in administration and am a very detail-oriented person. It is very important to me that things are done quickly and efficiently, while also ensuring that the highest quality is maintained. I worked in customer service for close to ten years. I spent over six years working as a liaison between patients, doctors' offices and hospitals after hours and for other emergency calls, and quickly progressed to supervisor in that role. I also spent three years as an Insurance Representative and I loved working with people in helping them find policies that best fit them and kept them well protected.
From there, I began working as a Transaction Manager in my current real estate office: my job in that time was to run the behind the scenes organization, details, paperwork and have kept everything running smoothly for all of our transactions from an administrative standpoint.
I so enjoyed being the transaction coordinator for the Touchstone Real Estate office, but am so thankful that I made the transition to Real Estate Agent - I love this job and feel so thankful that I get to walk alongside people through the buying and selling process. I have such a heart for helping people make their dreams become a reality and, with my extensive experience in the process, I will do my best to ensure that every client I work with has the best experience possible. I would be so honored to work with you to help make your dreams become a reality!
