We have noticed an influx of people moving from the west side and California post-pandemic as they seek out a slower pace of life, but still a city vibe.
Spokane Valley is #8
Spokane Valley is a popular spot as well as it gets you a little closer to Idaho and the mountains, has all the amenities of a large city including a big mall and Costco (WIN), and has a great trail system and the beautiful river for bikers, walkers, and runners.
What about Cheney?
We are a proud Cheney business and we love the smaller town feel, while still being just 20 minutes from downtown Spokane. Cheney ranks 105 for population. There are about 13,255 members of our community as of the 2020 census.
